These terms are provided in draft form so you know the basics of how Common Aim works. We'll publish final, plain-English terms before general public launch. By using Common Aim today, you agree to these draft terms in good faith.
1. The service
Common Aim ("we", "us") provides a goals and accountability app you can use alone or with communities of your choosing. Features include personal goals, daily check-ins, milestones, community spaces, and buddy/help requests.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Common Aim. Keep your sign-in credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
3. Your content
Goals, milestones, messages, community posts, and other content you create belong to you. By posting in a community, you grant other members of that community permission to view it. Don't post content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Communities
Community leaders can set their community's policies, approve members, and remove content within their community. We may intervene if a community is being used for clearly abusive purposes.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't spam other members. Don't impersonate someone else.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll let you know about meaningful changes by email or in-app notice.
